❄️ Warm up quickly with my 3 vegetarian soup recipes 🍜 + get my transformational meditation 🙏🏻

Baby, it’s cold outside! I’m snuggled by the fireplace enjoying the remains of the rare snowstorm in Northern, VA and dreaming of the hot, nourishing soup that I’ll make for lunch. 

If you know me (and I think you do), you’ll know that…

  1. I love to cook.
  2. I love healthy eating.
  3. I LOVE me some soup!

I think of soup as a whole food group! My partner’s daughter recently asked me this question: If you could only have one kind of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? ….Well, of course, soup! 

Soup is so nourishing and easy to digest. It’s a balm to a hungry, tired body and a troubled mind. It’s usually a more healthy choice and often packed with nutrient-dense vegetables. 

I’m a self-proclaimed Soup Queen and Souper Girl! And I take that role seriously. 

So please enjoy three of my favorite vegetarian recipes that I created for you. All three are nutrient-dense, vegetarian and can be easily made vegan, if that’s your jam.

On a different note, this time of year calls for reflection. We can take advantage of the austerity of Winter to tune into our internal world and reflect on how we came to be and where we want to go. 

I have the perfect tool for this. I created a 49 min. Health History meditation that is truly enlightening. It’s a way of looking at how our current thoughts, feelings and actions are affected by generational patterns and our past experiences. This is a really different type of informed inquiry that I believe will help you experience compassion for your self, and perhaps even for those who raised you. 

I wouldn’t be surprised that this meditation provides you with some significant insights into your own life. And yes, 49 min. is a looonnggg meditation, so find a time – perhaps in the evening by the fire – where you can dive in. You’ll be happy you did.
